📦 Order Processing Time

We pack and ship your order within 1–2 business days. Once it's on the way, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

🚚 Shipping Options & Timeframes

Australia-Wide Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10business days

⛱️ Free Shipping: All orders over $100 AUD get FREE standard shipping automatically!

🌍 International Shipping

We're not shipping internationally just yet — but we're working on it! If you're outside Australia and want to place an order, flick us a message and we’ll see what we can do.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Every order includes a tracking number. Once shipped, you'll get a tracking link via email to keep an eye on your parcel as it makes its way to you.

📬 Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or your tracking says "delivered" but you can’t find it, don’t stress — contact us at info@tidetowel.com and we’ll sort it out ASAP.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be stoked with your purchase. If you're not 100% happy, here’s how we can help:

  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

  • To start a return or exchange, email us at info@tidetowel.com with your order number and reason.
